 PAYMENT METHOD

How do I pay for the items I purchased?

  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
  • PayMaya
  • GCash
  • GrabPay account 

At the moment, we do not accept COD nor payment thru debit cards.

 NOTIFICATION

How will I know if my order is being processed?

  • ActiveOnePharmacy will send you an email notification of your order status.
  • Please make sure to check your spam and/or other folders of your email as our notification status may not be sent directly to your inbox.
 PRESCRIPTION

Do you require prescriptions?

Yes. For your prescription medicine, please send us a copy of your valid prescription in any of the following formats:

  • jpg
  • jpeg
  • png
  • pdf

How do I upload my prescription?

  1. Select your prescription medicine
  2. Click "CHOOSE IMAGE" button
  3. In the new window, select the options available to upload an image of your prescription
  4. Click the "ADD" button

Make sure that you have placed the correct item as indicated in your prescription. 

Uploading of incorrect prescriptions may cause delays or cancellation of your order. Please refer to Order Cancellation section.

     SHIPPING

    Can you deliver my orders to my residential unit?

    Yes. Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the shopper's address. 

    How long should I wait for my items to arrive?

    • You have the option to have your items delivered to you in the same day. Please note that we have a cut off time of 2pm for the same day delivery option. If we receive your order beyond 2pm, please expect the item to be delivered the following day.
    • The same day delivery option only covers some parts of Metro Manila.
    • 3-5 working days for Luzon provincial areas 
    • 5 to 10 working days for the Visayas and Mindanao areas. 

    Is there a shipping fee?

    • Different charges will be applied depending on the speed of delivery that you select. You will see these prices in the Shipping Method page.
    • You may select pick-up in the delivery method and book your own carrier to have the items picked up in our warehouse.
    • Please note that delay in delivery may happen due to tropical storms and other unforeseen events.
    WALLET CREDIT

    How do I use the Wallet Credit?

    • You can purchase items in the ActiveOne Pharmacy using the Wallet Credit in accordance with your company policies.
    • You may opt to pay using your wallet or other personal means of payment.
    • You may opt to use all or part of your wallet. A window will appear showing you the amount left in your Wallet Credit after you clicked the check out button. On this window, you may toggle how much of the amount you'd wish to use in purchasing for the items. This can be useful if you want to separately pay (using GCash, GrabPay, credit card or debit card) for the delivery fee.

    Can I still buy from the store if I have insufficient funds in my Wallet Credit?

    • Yes. You can use other payment methods such as GCash, GrabPay, credit card.
     ITEM REPLACEMENT

    Do you accept refund or item replacement?

    Yes. We can refund or replace items that were only purchased from ActiveOne Pharmacy online store.  The following are the acceptable reasons for replacement:

    • Damaged item
    • Wrong item

    Replacement of item is subject to verification. The verification may take 7 business days upon receipt of the customer's request for replacement.

     ORDER CANCELLATION

    • An order cannot be canceled once it has been checked out.
    • An order may be canceled if there are discrepancies in the orders made, ie, medicine ordered does not match the prescription. ActiveOnePharmacy will contact the customer to correct the order and if no action is made by the customer within 120 minutes then the entire order will be canceled in which case, ActiveOnePharmacy will provide a full refund.

    DELIVERY SCHEDULE

    We deliver Mondays to Fridays, between 9am to 5pm.

     REFUSAL OF SERVICE

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Please refer to Section 2 of our Terms of Service.
