Refund policy

1.1 If the client received a package as described on our Items accepted for return list, client must contact ActiveOnePharmacy (email at activeonepharmacy@relianceunited.com within three (3) days upon receipt.

1.2 Items accepted for return:

  • Damaged items upon delivery.
  • Items with identified factory defects.
  • Wrong description and/or quantity of items/ medicines are delivered.
  • Sealed delivery pouches with loose tablets/capsules, opened vials and bottles and/or missing seal or caps are accepted for return. Notify us at activeonepharmacy@relianceunited.com upon receipt of such items.

1.3 Items not accepted for return:

  • Opened delivery pouches with loose tablets/capsules, opened vials and bottles and/or missing seal or caps.
  • Damaged item/s upon delivery not reported within three (3) days upon receipt.
  • Damaged items due to pests/animal bites, fire, earthquake, flooding and other natural calamity.
  • Items identified and validated not purchased from ActiveOnePharmacy.
  • Damaged items due to poor storage and handling by the customer.
  • Other items not otherwise stated as acceptable for return, ie. change of mind, wrong ordering by customer, etc

1.4 Customers should affix their name and signature on the sales invoice or delivery receipt (whichever is applicable) of the order/s for return.

1.5 Refunds will be processed (5-7 working days) once ActiveOnePharmacy  receives the request/items.

1.6 Returned items must be in its original packaging (sealed boxes, full blisters/strips).

1.7 Refunds, net of any service fee, will be processed after receipt of the returned items and reconciliation of cash.

1.8 Promotional and sample items are not subject for refunds.
