Hypertension: As monotherapy or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, Angina Pectoris: Long-term prophylaxis, Cardiac Arrhythmias: Disturbances of cardiac rhythm, including supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, Myocardial Infarction (MI):Treatment of hemodynamically stable patients with definite or suspected acute MI to reduce cardiovascular mortality, Adjunct to treatment of thyrotoxicosis, Prevention of migraine.
