What is this medicine used for?
-For the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis:
-For the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in children 6 months old and older and in adults
-For the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction in children 2 years and older and in adults.

How much and how often should you use this medicine?
-Once daily dose of Montelukast for Allergic Rhinitis, Asthma and/or Exercise-induced Bronchoconstriction 4 mg 5 mg 10 mg.
Age Group:
Children 6 months to 5 years 1 tablet
― 6 to 14 years ― 1 tablet.
― Adults and children 15 years and older ― 2 tablets 1 tablet Or, as prescribed by a physician.

Contraindications Hypersensitivity to Montelukast
Availability Montelukast 5 mg Tablet – Box of 28’s (in flex foil by 4’s).
Montelukast 10 mg Tablet – Box of 28’s (in flex foil by 4’s).
